摘    要:
介绍了以微通道板和电阻阳极所构成的位置灵敏探测器为基础的剩余气体束流剖面探测系统的工作原理和系统结构,描述了首次在线实验情况,证明了利用剩余气体束流剖面探测系统进行非拦截束流诊断的方法是可行的。

Abstract:
The paper describes the detecting system of the residual-gas beam profile. The detecting system is based on the position sensitive detector which is composed of micro-channel plates and a resistive anode. The principle and the construction of the system is introduced. The first on-line experiment is given. The non-interceptive diagnostic method by using residual-gas to detect beam profile is verified.
