摘    要:针对飞机蒙皮的化学铣削加工区域轮廓的测量问题,构建了一套基于双目视觉的测量系统.以双目相机作为视觉传感器,结合光源系统和多曝光融合算法得到融合图像,基于Canny算法和双三次插值法提取亚像素轮廓,通过基于ZNCC的立体匹配,最终实现化铣区域轮廓三维重建,获取区域的轮廓信息.实验结果表明,提出的系统具有较高的测量精度,显...

Abstract:In order to measure the contour of the chemical milling area of aircraft skin,a measurement system based on binocular vision is constructed.Using binocular camera as vision sensor,combined with light source system and multi exposure fusion algorithm,the fused image is obtained.Based on Canny algorithm and bicubic interpolation method,the sub-pixel contour is extracted.Through ZNCC stereo matching,the 3D reconstruction of the contour of the chemical milling area is finally realized,and the contour information of the area is obtained.The experimental results show that the proposed system has high measurement accuracy,significantly improves the measurement efficiency,and its stability and accuracy meet the requirements of aircraft skin detection.
