摘    要:文章分析了燃煤锅炉氮氧化物(NOx)的生成原理,并针对性的提出了SG1036t锅炉降低氮氧化物排放的调整、控制措施。具体措施为采用燃烧优化、炉内空气分级、燃料分级的炉膛轴向低NOx燃烧技术。根据2007年机组负荷测算,2台1036t/h锅炉年可减少NOx的排放量近6000t。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the principle of oxynitride(NO_x)production in the operation of coal-fired boiler,and in the light of SG 1036 t boiler puts forward the adjustment and control measures on reducing the NO_x discharge.The concrete measures involve:to adopt the combustion optim ization,furnace air stuging and fuel staging etc.low NO_x combustion technology.According to the estimation of unit load in 2007,the yearly NO_x discharge of tyro 1036 t/h boilers may be reduced by about 6000 t.
