高台阶排土场技术及其发展趋势

摘    要:少矿山占地是减少国土侵占的重要环节, 在排土场表土基底作用机制、排土场泥石流形成、松散废石泄水机理、排土场压密过程研究基础上, 完成的排土场增高扩容、泥石流细粒料源控制、排土场底部泄流、胶带排土场变形分析等技术, 将促使我国排土场工程发展。文中还介绍了南芬庙儿沟排土场、厂坝七架沟排土场两个成功实例。

Abstract:Reducing mine′s land is one of majo r measures to avoid illegal occupation of cultivated land.The authors studied action mechanism of surface soil, formation of mud-rock flow, sluicing mechanism of bulk waste rock and compacting process of a dumping site.Based on this, a series of techniques for dumping site have been achieved, such as increasing height and capacity, control of fine material resource of mud-rock flow, base sluicing, and defo rmation analysis of belt conveyor-dumping site, etc..The techniques will promote the development of China′s dumping engineering.In this paper, two successful examples are described.
