摘    要:应用离散傅里叶变换的方法处理均质所得物料的体积密度分布函数,通过对不同离散谱的比较,得出了一种综合应用谱值、流量和功率3个参数来评价均质工艺优劣及设备处理能力的方法.

Abstract:Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)method was used to handle with the volume density distribution functions derived from a series of homogenizing processes. By means of the comparison among different discrete spectral values, a universal evaluation method was obtained to evaluate the performance of homogenizing process and treatment capacity of equipment through three parameters of spectral values, flow rate and power.
