| 摘 要： | 用F2-0.5材料制成的自润滑轴承，应用于天钢第二炼钢厂两台小方坯连铸机的整个辊道系统，经过多年使用，耐热、耐磨完全可取代原油脂润滑的滚动轴承，安装方便、节省维修工时、减轻工人劳动强度、提高整机作业率、经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | The heat-resisting and wear-resisting self-lubricant bearing of F2-0.5 material, instead of the oil lubricant rolling bearing, is applied in the whole roller system of billet caster in the No.2 Steel-making Plant of Tiangang Group. The use of many years shows the assembly of bearing is convenient,the maintenance time saved, the working strength decreased and the working rate improved. And the obvious economic benefit is gained. |
