U形截面半环件冲压成形技术

摘    要:对于产品零件而言,如果结构复杂,设计者往往采取焊接结构,这种设计不但使得生产效率低,而且材料利用率也非常低,有的仅能达到30%左右,材料浪费十分严重。很多焊接组件可以用冲压件代替,我厂生产的某一系列产品用的包装箱上有一个叫半箍的部件,该部件原产品图样设计是由3个零件组焊而成,3件合在一起材料总利用率为39.38%,并且需要人工焊接和焊条,其中帮板需要落料和冲孔2套模具,底板需要卷形。本文论述了用冲压整体成形代替体焊接组件的U形截面半环件冲压成形技术。

Abstract:Usually designers adopt welding structure for production components which are complicated in structure.But in this way,not only the production efficiency is low,but also the utilization ratio of material is extremely low,sometimes only 30%,which leads to serious waste of materials.In fact,many welding components can be replaced by stampings.There is a component called half hoop which is used in the packing case for a serious of products in our plant,in the original product drawing of this component,it is designed to be formed by three parts welded together.The total utilization ratio of material for the three parts is only 45.36%.Moreover it requires manual welding and welding electrodes.In additions,two sets of dies for blanking and punching are needed for the side plates,and the bottom plate needs to be shaped by rolling.This paper discussed the stamping technique for semi-circular workpiece of U-section,by which the welding components have been substituted by stamping integral-forming.
