摘    要:针对一线测试人面临的不确定度评定管理难题,基于客户端/服务端架构开发了不确定度评定管理工具。 梳理设计思想,提出向导化、工具化和信息化的设计需求;从系统架构、功能规划和数据关系等方面对软件进行总 体设计,重点介绍服务器调用Matlab 程序、辅助评定和辅助验证等核心功能的实现;以辅助评定功能为例,采用小 功率座校准因子不确定度评定对软件功能的有效性进行验证。结果表明:该软件规范了不确定度评定管理流程和结 果输出表达,体现了很好的向导化、工具化、信息化和网络化特点,满足基于测量设备的不确定度评定管理要求, 具有较好的推广应用前景。

Design and Implementation of Uncertainty Evaluation Management Tool for Testers
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of uncertainty evaluation management faced by front-line testers, an uncertainty evaluation management tool is developed based on client/server architecture. Sorting out the design ideas, put foruards the design requirements of wizard, tool and information. The overall design of the software is carried out from the aspects of system architecture, function planning and data relationship, and the realization of the core functions such as server calling Matlab program, auxiliary evaluation and auxiliary verification is emphatically introduced. Taking the auxiliary evaluation function as an example, the validity of the software function is verified by evaluating the uncertainty of the calibration factor of a small power pedestal. The results show that the software standardizes the uncertainty evaluation management process and the output expression of results, reflects the characteristics of good guidance, tools, information and network, meets the requirements of uncertainty evaluation management based on measuring equipment, and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
