| 摘 要： | 分析指出了热媒炉热效率不高,主要是由于热媒炉盘管和烟气预热器等设备积灰较多以及油气比控制不精确等原因造成的,并提出了相应的对策,如热媒炉盘采用水洗,烟气预热器每天吹灰,油气比控制灵活调节等,取得了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | The thermal efficiency of HTM furnace was not high.The main reasons for that was due to the ash deposition of HTM furnace coil pipe,flue gas preheater and the not precision control of oil-gas ratio.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward such as using water to cleaning the HTM furnace coil pipe,sootblowing of flue gas preheater each day,flexible adjustment of the oil-gas ratio control.Certain effects were obtained. |
