13MnNbTi钢连续冷却组织转变规律研究

摘    要:利用膨胀法结合金相法在G leeb le-1500热模拟试验机上测定了13MnNbTi钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线,获得了13MnNbTi钢的连续冷却转变CCT曲线。研究了该钢种连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变及转变产物的组织,为热处理工艺的制定提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The expansion curves and CCT curves of 13MnNbTi steel at different cooling velocities are determined with dilatometry combined with metallographic method on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation tester.Moreover,the austenitic transformation and the structure of its products in the process of continuous cooling for 13MnNbTi steel are studied,which provide the references for establishing heat treatment technology.
