分子印迹技术在固相萃取中的应用

摘    要:分子印迹技术是制备具有分子特异识别功能聚合物的一种技术。分子印迹固相萃取技术由于具有高通量和高特异性,在食品、环境、药物、生物样品中分析物的分离、净化、富集中具有广阔的应用前景。文章中综述了分子印迹固相萃取技术的应用、分子印迹技术的最新进展和在应用中存在的问题等。

Abstract:Molecular imprinting technology use synthesis polymers with high selectively binding sites to particular molecules.The molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction which had high throughout and specificity was a promising application in the area of separation,purification,concentration of the target analyte.In the review,the applications of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction were discussed,including recent advances and the problems.
