| 摘 要： | 对几种常用反射镜材料的物理性能进行了比较,对最有发展前途的反射镜材料--碳化硅的诸多特点进行了归纳,详细介绍了国内外碳化硅反射镜制备、加工方面的研究进展以及碳化硅系统的研究现状,并对今后碳化硅反射镜及系统的发展做了简要评述.

| Abstract: | Physical properties of several kinds of general mirror materials are compared. Many characters of the most promising SiC mirror material are listed. The development of the SiC mirror manufacture, optical surfacing and SiC system are introduced. The prospect of SiC mirror and system is also suggested briefly. |
