硫化胶常温脱硫机理研究

摘    要:利用甲苯-醋酸-氯化锌在常温睛脱除硫化胶中的橡胶结合硫,使之转化为H2S放出,判断此脱硫过程为Friedel-Crafts反应。

Abstract:Having been digested with hydrochloric acid ether in N 2 to remove the inorganic sulfide sulfur, the NR sulfur vulcanizate is reacted with toluene acetic acid zinc chloride in N 2 and H 2S is liberated and absorbed as CdS in the absorbing solution. The amount of CdS formed is determined by iodine oxidation of the sulfide. After reaction the crosslink intensity of NR sulfur vulcanizate is dropped greatly, and that of NR DCP vulcanizate is changed little in the controlled experiment. It means that the sulfur crosslinks are removed and the rubber combined sulfur is turned into H 2S to liberate. The desulfurization of NR sulfur vulcanizate is realized. The process of desulfurization is considered as Friedel Crafts reaction.
