| 摘 要： | 针对XJ10型牵引式电驱动修井机存在的可操作性差、技术含量及作业效率低,另外需用履带式拖拉机牵引移运,会对道路产生破坏,转弯半径较大,井场占地面积大等问题,研制了JY5160TXJ10型车载式电驱修井机。该修井机采用车载式结构,电驱动、液力机械传动,电、气、液联和集中控制,具有移动性能好、传动平稳、操作方便、节约作业费用等优点。现场试验及应用表明,JY5160TXJ10型车载式电驱修井机能顺利完成修井作业,且作业效率较XJ10型牵引式电驱动修井机有很大提高;每台每月可完成定额作业33井次,创造产值13.2万元。

| Abstract: | Considering the poor operability and low working efficiency as well as the other disadvantages of the XJ10 trailer-type electric drive workover rig,which needs to be drawn and transported by the caterpillar tractor,the JY5160TXJ10 electric drive truck-mounted workover rig was developed.The rig is characterized by electric driving,hydromechanical transmission and centralized control through a combination of electricity,air and liquid.It has such advantages as good performance of movement,convenient operation and saving operation cost.The field test and application show that the rig can complete the workover operation smoothly,its operation efficiency has been improved noticeably compared with the XJ10 truck-mounted workover rig,and each rig can complete 33 well-times of quota operation per month,creating a production value of 132 thousands RMB. |
