| 摘 要： | 从混合芳烃原料出发,以芳烃产品的质量要求为目标,对现有的芳烃分离装置、重芳烃分离装置及邻二甲苯分离装置进行综合考虑、整体优化,打破装置界区限制,调整流程及设备,在投资较小的情况下,大幅度降低了装置能耗,取得了可观的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the raw material of a mixing aromatic hydrocarbon,according to the object of the aromatic hydocarbon's quality requirement,aromatic hydrocarbon separate unit,heavy aromatic hydrocarbon separate unit and adjoin-dimethylbenzene separate unit were studied.The limits between these units sideline were broken and the procedure and devices were adjusted.The results show that the consumption of energy is reduced and considerable economic benefit is achieved with a little investment. |
