电磁感应加热技术在注射机温度控制系统上的应用

摘    要:介绍了电磁感应加热原理及其能量转换过程。通过电磁感应加热技术来实现微处理器对注射机温度的有效控制,利用电磁感应加热输出功率控制算法和温度的模糊控制算法来进行注射机温度的软件控制,从而达到节能、升温快、高效率和高精度的控制目的;将注射机的传统加热方式和电磁感应加热方式进行了比较,用数据说明了电磁感应加热方式用于塑料机械上的经济价值。

Abstract:The principle of electromagnetic induction heating and its process of energy transforming were introduced.Electromagnetic induction heating technology can be used to effectively control the temperature of the injection molding machine by the microprocessor.The advanced algorithm of the output power of the electromagnetic induction heating and the algorithm of the temperature fuzzy control can be programmed to control the temperature of the injection molding machine,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving,rapid heating,high efficiency and high precision control.The conventional heating and electromagnetic induction heating of the injection molding machines were compared,and the economic value of electromagnetic induction heating applied in plastic machinery is proved.
