淮南煤的燃烧特性及其在电站锅炉应用前景研究

摘    要:利用沉降炉和热分析方法对淮南矿业集团代表性煤样进行了着火、燃尽、结渣、排放特性研究,并分别在300MW和600MW机组锅炉进行了煤种适应性试验。试验表明,淮南煤具有容易着火、燃尽、不易结渣、极低SO2和低NOx排放的特性,非常适合大型乏气送粉燃煤锅炉的燃用。对于东部省区电厂而言,淮南煤是一种低煤价、低排放、高经济性和安全性的煤种。

Abstract:Using sedimentation furnace and thermal analysis method, study on ignition, burnaway, slagging, and emission behaviors of several representative coal samples of Huainan Mining Industry Group Company (Panyi mine, Xinzhuangzi mine, Zhangji mine, and Xieqiao mine) has been carried out, and suitability test of coal sorts being made on 300 MW unit and 600 MW unit respectively. The results of test show that the Huainan coal is easy to ignite, and to burnaway, being not easy to slag, having extremely low SO_2 emission and low NO_x emission behavior, and stable coal quality, being very suitable for burning in largescale coalfired boilers with exhaust gas to transport pulverized coal. For thermal power plants situated in eastern provinces and regions of our country, Huainan coal is a coal sort with low price, low emission of pollutants, and high economic behavior and safety.
