精密离心机主轴回转误差对工作半径的影响

摘    要:介绍了主轴回转误差引起的回转中心与回转轴心误差的基本概念,指出离心机工作半径的起测点是主轴某截面的瞬心而不是几何中心,分析了主轴回转误差中一次谐波误差对离心机瞬时工作半径的影响程度. 在主轴上下两个截面上安装4个位移传感器测试主轴的回转误差,这种方法克服了以往不能测试一次谐波误差的缺点,最后得出了由回转误差引起的瞬时工作半径误差.

Abstract:Presents the elementary concept of rotary center error and rotary axle center error caused by main axle rotational error. The measurement start point is the rotary instantantaeous point rather than the geometric Point on a section plane of the main axle, the effect of the first harmonic error on the instantaeous working radius of the centrifuge is analyzed. By the way of 4 displacement sensors mounted on the upper and lower section planes, the method of measuring the first harmonic error is put forward to measure the first harmonic error. In the end, the instantaneous working radius error caused by the rotational error of main axle is acquired.
