智能微/纳米容器的制备及其防腐应用研究进展

摘    要:智能涂层一直是涂层领域关注的重点。微/纳米容器在智能涂层中的主要作用是容纳缓蚀剂或活性剂的特定器皿,其设计和制备对于智能涂层的应用起到了十分关键的作用。本文综述了近年来微/纳米容器的制备及其应用的研究进展。在综合国内外文献基础上,对四种典型的微/纳米容器即埃洛石纳米管、介孔二氧化硅、类双层氢氧化物和分子筛的制备和应用进行了讨论,还重点介绍了这四种微/纳米容器在防腐领域的应用和研究进展。指出了微/纳米容器体系构建、制备工艺优化以及在防腐应用中的发展前景。

Abstract:The main role of the micro/nano container in the smart coating is a specific vessel containing corrosion inhibitors or active agents, and its design and preparation play a very critical role in the application of smart coatings. Based on the synthesis of existing literature, the preparation and application of four kinds of typical micro/nano containers, namely halloysite nanotubes, mesoporous silica, double-layer hydroxides and molecular sieves were discussed, and these were also introduced. The application and research progress of four kinds of micro/nano container in the field of anti-corrosion. Pointed out the micro/nano container system structure, preparation process optimization and development prospects in anti-corrosion applications.
