摘    要:给料小车是半自磨机重要组成部分,给料小车溜槽衬板的使用寿命直接影响半自磨机的运转率,延长溜槽衬板的使用寿命是非常必要的。离散元法主要用于矿石粒度减小过程的设备仿真,模拟的设备既包括颚式破碎机、圆锥破碎机、半自磨机、球磨机等主要设备,也包括矿仓、皮带机和转运溜槽等辅助设备。以某半自磨机给料小车溜槽衬板为例,采用离散元方法对溜槽衬板结构进行分析及优化,结合现场使用情况,设计合理的溜槽衬板结构,并参照离散元分析,对溜槽衬板的磨损机理进行分析,优化溜槽衬板选材。采用结构与选材优化结合的方式提升给料小车溜槽衬板的使用寿命。

Abstract:The feeding trolley is an important part of the semi-automatic mill, and the service life of the feeding trolley chute liner directly affects the operating rate of the semi-automatic mill, and it is very necessary to extend the service life of the chute liner. The discrete element method is mainly used for equipment simulation of ore particle size reduction process, and the simulated equipment includes jaw crusher, cone crusher, semi-automatic mill, ball mill and other main equipment, as well as auxiliary equipment such as mine silo, belt machine and transfer chute. In this paper, taking the chute liner liner of a semi-self-mill feeding trolley as an example, the discrete element method is used to analyze and optimize the chute liner structure, and the reasonable chute liner structure is designed based on the site usage, and the wear mechanism of the chute liner is analyzed with reference to the discrete element analysis, and the material selection of the chute liner is optimized. The optimal combination of structure and material selection is adopted to improve the service life of the feeding trolley chute liner.
