| 摘 要： | 介绍一种测量每道次轧件长度的实时测量系统这种测量系统巧妙地利用了四辊轧机液压微调计算机厚度控制系统的压力检测信号，作为咬钢和抛钢识别信号。经现场使用，证明该系统具有测量准确、使用简单、维护量小等特点，能满足实时测量每道次轧件长度的工艺要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the real-time length measurement system of hot-rolled steel PlatesThe system takes the pressure signal of hydraulic micro - adjust of the four rollers mill for singnal ofsteel plate entering into rolling mill and signal of steel plate out of rolling mill. Since the system wasput into use, it has proved that this system has high accuracy, easy usage and less maintenance.Moreover it is able to meet technological need of real - measurement. |
