摘    要:数值模拟是开展燃气轮机燃烧室性能分析的重要手段。本文通过外形3D扫描与内型工业CT扫描构建了某重型燃气轮机天然气DLN燃烧室的完整几何模型。通过对该完整三维建模进行高质量网格划分,并综合燃气轮机循环分析给出的工况参数,开展了数值模拟分析。本文热态模拟了燃烧室内流场、温度场及组分场,发现该型燃烧室喷嘴布置方式存在中心区域不能完全燃烧的风险。研究方法与结果可为燃气轮机DLN燃烧室的分析与设计提供参考。

Abstract:Numerical simulation is an important approach to carry out the performance analysis for gas turbine combustor. By3D scanning of the external profile and industrial CT of the internal profile, the full geometry model of the DLN combustor of a heavy gas turbine has been reconstructed. High-quality 3D mesh for the 3D full model is generated and operation conditions is obtained by analysis of the overall operation data of the gas turbine, and then numerical simulation has been accomplished. This paper, as hot analysis part of the job, simulates the flow filed, temperature filed and species filed of the combustor. It is found that the arrangement of the nozzles is easy to cause incomplete combustion in the central zone of the combustor. Methods and results of this paper valuable reference for analysis and design of DLN combustor of gas turbines.
