摘    要:介绍了TH-3型CO2脱氢催化剂的物化性能、技术原理,详细叙述了其在煤基尿素生产装置中的应用情况。工业应用结果表明:TH-3型CO2脱氢催化剂可将尿素合成的CO2原料气中的H2脱除至体积分数<50×10-6,彻底消除了爆炸性气体给尿素生产带来的安全隐患。

Abstract:The physico-chemical properties and technological principle are presented of the TH-3 type CO2 dehydrogenation catalyst, and its use in a coal-based urea production unit is described in detail. The results of its industrial application show that it can remove the H2 in the feed CO2 for urea synthesis to a volume fraction of 〈50 × 10-6, thus thoroughly eliminating the hidden danger in safety brought about by explosive gas to urea production.
