| Abstract: | The resource assessment procedure of wind energy of wind power plant was presented,the assessment technical measures and the characteristics of wind resource were introduced and analyzed,the relevant key factors of wind energy were analyzed and evaluated with the wind source assessment software WASP8.3 on the basis of the project data. |
