摘    要:鉴于土石方动态调配优化平衡是大型土石方工程施工中的核心问题,分析了土石方平衡调配系统涉及到的各个影响因素,以全过程总调配费用最低为目标函数,综合考虑调配过程中定量和定性化的约束条件,构建了土石方动态调配模型,采用单纯形法对模型进行求解,对调配系统进行综合平衡规划,最终求出最优调配方案,并通过实例进行了验证。结果表明,模型求解方法简便易行,能够快速获得调配结果;调配方案提高了开挖料物的直接上坝率,减少了料物的开采量和中转量,降低了土石方调配的总费用,能够满足施工强度在填筑、开采、运输等方面的各项要求。

Abstract:In view of that the dynamic allocation and optimal balance of earth-rock project is the key to the construction of large earth-rock project, this paper analyzes the various influencing factors which related to the earth-rock allocation system ( ERAS). Considering the constraints, the model of earth-rock dynamic allocation is established by taking minimum cost of the total deployment process as objective function. And then the model is solved with the simplex algorithm. At the same time the balance plan of the allocation system is determined. Finally, optimal deployment scheme is obtained and it is verified by examples. The results show that the method of the model solution is simple, and the results of the deployment can be quickly achieved; the direct utilization ratio of excavated material can be improved and the amount of material mined material, transit volume can be reduced with this deployment plan; the total cost of earthwork deployment can be reduced, which the deployment plan can meet the construction requirements in aspects of filling, mining, transportation and others.
