35kV变电站无人值守自动化系统设计与实现

摘    要:35kV变电站是整个县级电网中的重要节点,它们承担着县级电网中电能输送、监测、控制等任务。但是其布局较为分散,调度管理中的实时性较差,加上管理人员不足,严重影响了智能电网的发展。基于无人值守35kV变电站,设计了县级电网变电站无人值守自动化系统,重点介绍了后台系统和遥视系统的设计。该系统的投运,较好地克服了传统”四遥”系统中存在的问题。

Abstract:The trmlstbrmer substations in the voltage grade of 35kV are the important nodes ~ft the whole cotmty level power grid: they undertake tile tasks in the county level power grid, such as transmission, monitoring and control for electric energy, etc. But they bave relatively dispersed overall arrangement and poor instantaneity in dispatching management with the addition of understaffing, so ttle development of smart power grids has been severely affected. On the basis of the unattended operation 35 kV transformer substa- tions, the unattended operation automation system of the transformer substations in the county level power grid is designed with the emphasis on tt~e introductions of the designs for the background system and the remote vision system. The existing problems in the traditional "four- renmte" system have been overcome better.
