摘    要:在综合考虑与脱硫装置运行方式密切相关的电费、脱硫剂费、水费、SO2排污费以及石膏销售收入等经济因素的基础上,提出脱硫相对生产成本的概念,并以脱硫相对生产成本最低为目标,结合沙角C电厂660MW机组脱硫装置的实际情况,对影响吸收塔运行的相关因素、不同负荷及不同燃煤含硫量工况下循环泵的运行进行了优化研究,最后给出烟气脱硫装置进口SO2质量浓度为1 600mg/m3和1 300mg/m3时的最佳运行建议。

Abstract:The concept of relative production costs of desulfurization is proposed based on comprehensively considering economic factors closely related to the running patterns of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) device, including electricity tariff, costs of desulfurizer, water, SO2 emission, and gypsum sales revenue, etc. Aiming at minimum relative production costs of desulfurization and in light of the actualities of FGD device for 660 MW unit in Shajiao C Power Plant, an optimization study is made on the operating parameters of absorber and the operation of circulating pump at different loads and sulfur content of coal. Suggestions are given for optimal operation when the mass concentration of SO2 at the inlet of FGD device is 1 600 mg/m^3 and 1 300 mg/m^3.
