油井远程监控与计量技术在延长油田的应用

摘    要:介绍了油井工况诊断、液量自动计量系统的原理、组成及功能。重点介绍了"功图法"计算泵有效排量的模型和现场修正系数。油井"功图法"判断油井工作状况适用于不同含水期、不同产液量状态和不同油田的开发阶段。在延长油田24口油井应用表明,诊断结果准确,能及时判断油井工作状况,计算油井产量。对比计算出的油井产量与现场测试产量,平均相对误差3.72%,说明利用"功图法"计算出的产量能够真实反映油井的实际产液能力,满足油井计量的精度要求,确保了油井的长期稳定生产,在该油田具有推广应用价值。
