甲基叔丁基醚生物降解研究进展

摘    要:汽油添加剂甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)造成的严重污染已经引起很多国家的密切关注。随着我国机动车辆的增加导致的MTBE用量的激增,MTBE在我国将会逐渐积累并造成污染,为防止发生不可意料的严重危害,很有必要开展MTBE的相关研究。文章从MTBE降解的机理出发,指出了MTBE生物降解的必要性,概述了目前国外MTBE生物降解的研究现状,着重介绍了国外MTBE生物降解技术,为开展MTBE生物降解研究提供参考。

Abstract:Methyl ten-butyl ether(MTBE),a kind of gasoline additive,is used to replace lead.An increasingly close attention had been paid to the pollution caused by MTBE and extensive researches have been developed in its contaminated status and controlling methods in the world.Along with the increasing automotive vehicles in our country,the amount of MTBE increase greatly,it would accumulate in the environment,it is necessary to develop researches of MTBE for the sake of preventing unexpected damages.According to the degradation mechanism of MTBE,the paper pointed out its necessary for biodegradation of MTBE,summarized the investigative status quo of its biodegradation,and emphasized the biodegradation technologies of MTBE;it was helpful for future biodegradation researches of MTBE.
