| 摘 要： | 通过对某电厂660MW机组燃煤锅炉T91过热器爆管进行宏观、金相、力学分析，发现爆管金相组织为不完全正火组织，力学性能低于标准值，认为原始管材存在严重的组织缺陷是发生爆管的主要原因。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the macrograph,metal og raph and dynamics of the tube blasting of superheater of a power boiler,to observe that the microstructure of blasting tube is not ful y normalized one and its mechanical performance is lower than the standard values, so that the original microstructure defects are regarded as the reason of superheater tube blasting. |
