摘    要:客室车门是列车系统重要组成部分,在列车运营过程中,车门的动作可靠性影响轨道交通运营的质量。结合广州地铁2号线的车门故障历史记录,对塞拉门车门系统进行故障模式分析,建立了车门系统故障树。采用定性和定量分析方法得到了车门系统的故障模式和可靠度,为可靠性设计和故障诊断提供了依据。

Abstract:The passenger compartment door is an important part of the train system, its operating reliability affects the quality of rail transport system. This paper analyzes the failure mode of the sliding plug door system and establishes the fault tree of the door system,based on the fault historical data of the door system from Guangzhou metro line 2. The qualitative and quantitative fault tree analysis methods are used to obtain its failure modes and reliability,which provide the basis for the reliability design and fault diagnosis.
