某卧式吸尘器中框零件结构设计分析

摘    要:
以吸尘器中框零件为例,分析其结构设计约束条件即功能性结构设计约束和工艺性结构设计约束,具体说明在两种设计约束下,吸尘器中框零件的设计规则与方法,标定了常用值.随后用CAE软件Moldflow模拟仿真该零件的的注塑过程,讨论在不同壁厚设计下的零件成型翘曲量,得出合适的零件壁厚值.最后总结了此类小家电塑胶件设计的通用性方法.

Abstract:
This paper addresses the structural design of plastic parts for a vacuum cleaner,discusses its functional structure design and manufacture constraints,design criteria and common values under these conditions.The simulation of injection molding process is conducted by CAE software Moldflow,to get the warp values under different thickness values of the plastic parts,and to choose the best thickness value.At last,the paper concludes plastic parts design versatility for such small appliances.
