基于Zigbee的粮仓温湿度监测系统设计

摘    要:针对采用RS-485或CAN总线等有线传输方式的传统粮仓监测系统存在布线复杂,成本高,故障率高并难以维护等问题,设计了一种基于Zigbee的粮仓温湿度监测系统.粮库中的监测网络主要由Zigbee传感节点和汇聚节点两大部分组成,其中传感节点是由CC2430结合温湿度传感器SHT11构成.汇聚节点负责接收传感器节点传来的数据,然后由CC2430处理,再通过RS232串口送至监控中心PC机,从而实现温湿度数据的采集、显示和存储.

Abstract:Traditional granary monitoring system adopts RS-485 and CAN bus or other cable transmission modes,in which there exist problems of wiring complexity,high cost,high failure rate and difficult to maintain,etc.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs a kind of granary temperature and humidity monitoring system based on Zigbee.Grain monitoring network is mainly composed of the Zigbee sensor nodes and the sink node,and the sensor node is composed of CC2430 combined with temperature and humidity sensor SHT11.The sink node is responsible for receiving data from the sensor nodes and then the data will be processed by the CC2430,and is delivered to monitoring center PC through the RS232 serial port,thus realizing the temperature and humidity data acquisition,display and storage.
