| 摘 要： | 武钢第一炼钢厂将镁基喷粉铁水脱硫站改造成纯镁铁水脱硫工艺后因为脱硫后的渣少并且稀，不容易扒出，容易在转炉产生回硫。介绍了使用与改进粘渣剂，减少转炉回硫量的情况。

| Abstract: | The hot metal is very susceptible to resulfurization in the process of converter refining since adoption of the hot metal desulfurization process using pure Mg as desulfurizer in place of the hot metal desulfurization process with Mg-based powder at the hot metal desulfurizer of the No.1 Steel making Plant of WISCO because the slag is quite rare and thin after desulfurization and therefore is hard to as desulfurizer be removed.The present paper describes the way to improve resulfurization as well as to use and improve the slag binding agents. |
