| Abstract: | The experiments on the application of liner pktes made of microallying medium manganese steel are described in this paper. The additions of Ti, Cr, RE and Sb in medium manganese steel and a suitable heat-tree tment process result the formation of a metastable austenitic matrix and evenly distributed hard cardides, which has a higher initial hardness and a stronger work-hardening ability. Therefore the abrasive resistance of liner pktes made of such steel is double of that of high manganese steel |
