| 摘 要： | 分析了变压吸附气体分离技术制取氮气的原理、工艺流程,比较了变压吸附制氮与其他制氮方法的优点,并且就变压吸附制氮装置选型时注意事项和装备进行了介绍,在2000m3(标)/h能力范围内,比深冷更具吸引力。
