摘    要:为了解决中国石油锦西石化重油催化裂化装置余热锅炉蒸发段严重变形导致多次泄漏停工问题,同时提高对高温烟气余热有效的回收。对余热锅炉进行了技术改造,重新设计锅炉的汽包、水保护段、高低温过热器、减温器和蒸发段,同时增设固定旋转式吹灰器。提高蒸汽过热能力,降低排烟温度,提高高温烟气回收能力,装置的节能效果和经济效益得到显著提高。

Abstract:The exhaust heat boiler of 1.8Mt/a residue fluid catalystic cracking units(FCCU)at Jinxi Petrochemical Company had a series of problems during operation such as leaking of evaporation section.Through technical renovation,the boilers steam drum,water protection section,high and low temperature superheater,desuperheater and evaporation section were redesigned,and in the same time,shockwave-type soot blower was added.These measures improved steam superheating capacity,decreased fume temperature,enhanced high-temperature recovery capacity,and significantly improved the energy saving result and economic benefit.
