| Abstract: | It can be realized by a combination of production and teaching, working and studying alteratively , colleges cooperating with factories that we explore and make innovations in mold of training talent of higher vocational education.This paper discusses the reform and innovations in specialities offered in colleges and construction,curriculum, teachings, teaching methods, teaching management and talent training as well. |
