斜拉桥拉索检测机器人控制系统设计

摘    要:拉索的维护对于斜拉索桥长期的可靠性是至关重要的.为了改进拉索的维护手段,文中提出了一个针对拉索检测机器人控制系统的设计.机器人控制系统包括:运动控制系统、电源监测系统、拉索检测系统、无线通讯系统、主控制器系统及地面监控系统.基于该控制系统设计的拉索检测机器人被用于斜拉桥的拉索检测中.结果表明,该控制系统的设计能较好地实现机器人对斜拉桥拉索的检测.

Abstract:Cable maintenance is of critical importance in cable suspended bridge''s long-term reliability. In order to improve cable maintenance means, a control system design of cable checking robot is proposed in this paper. Moving control system, power source monitoring system, cable checking system, wireless communication system, main controller system and monitoring system on ground were all included in the robot control system. The cable checking robot based on this control system design was applied to check the cable on cable-suspended bridge. The result shows the control system design can successfully implement cable checking on cable suspended bridge via robot.
