| 摘 要： | 通过对法兰变送器样机性能的测试发现,当温度发生变化时,所有的填充液会膨胀或收缩,产生附加温度误差,使波纹膜片变形而失去弹性,造成仪表远传数据失真。采用试验方法,研究如何选择合适的填充液,为解决法兰变送器温度附加误差超差现象提供了依据。

| Abstract: | By flanged transmitter prototype performance tests found that when the temperature changes,all filled with liquid will expand or contract,for added temperature error,corrugated diaphragm deformation and lose flexibility,resulting in some remote instrumentation scrapped.Therefore, this article using the experimentation,a better technical combination for chooses the appropriate packing fluid to solve the flange transmitting instrument temperature additive error ultra difference phenomenon is found. |
