| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种主电路采用ＩＧＢＴ，控制电路主要采用ＧＡＬ和ＥＰＲＯＭ设计的新型ＳＰＷＭ数字控制逆变器，论述了设计方法，给出了实验结果，该系统电路简捷、速度快，抗干扰能力强，可在很宽的载波频率范围内应用和深入研究。

| Abstract: | A new type digital controlled SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) inverter is presented in the paper adopting IGBT in the main circuit and GAL and EPROM in the control circuit. The design procedure is discussed and experimental results are given. The system features simple construction ,quick response and strong anti - interference ability. It may be applied and further developed in the field of wide range of carrier frequencies. |
