基于网络的氮窑电气控制系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于网络的氮窑电气控制系统,该系统以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心,通过3条现场网络实现氮窑电气系统的分布式控制。即以CompoBus/S网络组成氮窑循环送料控制回路,以CompoBus/D网络组成氮窑温度检测回路;以RS-485网络联结温度控制仪,实现PLC和温控仪的通信。此外,该系统面板指示灯回路的设计具有独特构思。这种以网络为基础的窑炉控制系统和传统的离散控制方式相比,在可靠性、通用性、维修性等方面具有明显优势。

Abstract:The electric control system based on network for the nitrogen protection kiln is presented. The system adopts PLC as a control core and realizes the distributed control of the electric system of the kiln through three in situ networks. The CompoBus/S network forms the feeding control loop of the kiln, the CompoBus/D network forms the temperature measurement loop of the kiln and the RS-485 network with temperature controllers forms the communication between the PLC and temprature controllers. In addition, the design of the panel indicator circuit of the system is unique. Compared with the traditional discrete control system the system based on network has obvious advantages in the reliability, versatility and maintainability.
