聚苯胺改性纳米TiO2的制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:通过矿化接枝技术将溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米TiO2负载在聚苯乙烯微珠裁体上,制成负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂.利用导电聚苯胺对负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂进行可见光改性,通过XRD、SEM等方法对改性纳米TiO2先催化剂进行表征,并用改性催化剂在太阳光照射下对3种工业含氰废水进行降解处理.结果表明,导电聚苯胺对负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂的涂膜改性,显著改善了负载型纳米TiO2光催化剂在可见光条件下的光催化性能,可有效降解废水中的大部分有毒氰根(CN-),使其含量远低于国家排放标准.

Abstract:Through using the mineralization and grafting method,the nanosized titania prepared by the sol-gel method is anchored on the surface of polystyrene microsphere. Then the photocatalyst is modified by conductive polyaniline. The crystal phase,grain size and morphology of the prepared powders are characterized by XRD and SEM.
