上海建筑节能现状与对策

本研究首次用统计调查与模型推算相结合方法估算了上海的建筑能耗。１９９６年上海的建筑能耗为１１７６．６万ｔ标准煤，占上海总能耗的２５．４％。其中建筑使用能耗为６１９．９万ｔ标准煤，占上海总煤耗的１３．４％，建筑制造能耗（包括建材生产能耗）为５５６．７万ｔ标准煤，占上海总能耗的１２％。

The present siuation and countermeasures of the building energy saving in Shanghai

The research estimates the building energy consumption in Shanghai by means of statistical investigation and mould reckoning firstly .The building energy consumption was 11.766 million ton of standard coal in 1996,which accounted for 25.4% of total energy consumption in Shanghai,in which ,the building using energy consumption was 6.169 million ton of standard coal , which accounted for 13.4% of total energy consumption ;the building construction energy consumption(including the building materials production energy consumption )was 5.567 million ton of standard coal , which accounted for 12% of total energy consumption. The present situation and existing problems for the building energy saving in shanghai have also been studied and the countermeasures have been proposed in the light of the problems mentioned above and actual conditions in Shanghai,such as climate and building features,building energy saving base and other conditions.It is emphasized that the building energy saving manage mechanism should be set up and improved in the countermeasures,especially to enact the lows and regulations as soon as possible so as to contain the continuous design and construction of the buildings with serious waste energy.
