| 摘 要： | 许多植物多糖具有良好的降血糖功效,通过促进胰岛素分泌、改善胰岛素抵抗,调节相关酶的活性,改善糖、蛋白质及脂肪代谢紊乱,促进肝糖元合成、抑制糖异生,增进免疫系统功能和抗氧化作用等多种途径发挥降血糖功能。现将植物多糖降血糖作用机制的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Many plant polysaccharides have a good effect on reducing blood sugar.Their hypoglycemic mechanisms involve in promoting insulin secretion,improving insulin resistance,regulating the activity of enzymes to improve the sugar,protein and fat metabolism,promoting glycogen synthesis,inhibiting gluconeogenesis,improving immune system function and antioxidation.In this paper,the relevant studies are reviewed. |
