变频调速水泵状态实时监测与故障智能诊断系统的研制

摘    要:变频调速水泵在工农业生产中的应用越来越广泛,对其故障诊断的研究也逐渐被重视,对变频调速水泵的状态实时监测与智能故障诊断进行了研究,用基于数字重采样的阶比分析方法对水泵振动信号进行预处理,通过软件积分求取振动的速度和位移,由基于BP神经网络的故障诊断系统对变频调速水泵的典型故障予以诊断。实验表明所用的方法和理论正确、可靠。

Abstract:Frequency conversion pumps are used more and more widely, so its fault diagnosis methods are attached more importance to. In the paper condition on-line monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis of variable frequency speed governing pump has been studied pretreatment vibration signals of pump with order domain based on digital re-sample and calculating the velocity and displacement through software integer. At last the fault diagnosis of variable frequency speed governing pump has been diagnosed with BP network. Experiments show that the methods and theories are right and reliable.
