碳三液相选择加氢除丙炔和丙二烯催化剂的研究

摘    要:研究出活性高,选择性好,聚合物生成量少,反应性能稳定的碳三液相加氢催化剂。该催化剂在加压下,用双段床反应流程,液体空速47—64时~(-1),进料温度10—30℃,一段氢炔比1.1,C_3H_4转化率为80—90%;二段氢炔比4—10,丙炔除至小于5ppm,丙二烯小于10ppm,丙烯总收率基本不损失。进行了500小时稳定试验,研制的催化剂适用于引进乙烯装置的碳三液相加氢,推荐在工业装置上应用。


Study of Catalyst for Liquid Phase Selective Hydrogenation of C_3 Cuts
Abstract:Catalysts of high activity and stability and low polymer formation for liquid phase hydrogenation of C_3 cuts were studied. The hydrogenation was carr ied out in a double-stage reactor under pressure. The reactions were carried out under the following reaction conditions: LHSV 47—64h~(-1); inlet temperature 10—30℃; for the first stage, H_2/C_3H_4=1.1, conversion of C_3H_4 80—90%; for the second stage, H_2/C_3H_4=4—10, in the effluent, C_3~≡<5ppm, C_3~(==)<10ppm. There was basically no loss in the overall yield of propylene. Stability tests of 500 hours were carried out. This catalyst is suitable for use in ethylene plants.
