摘    要:为了得到耐洗性反应性抗菌整理剂,以DMF为反应溶剂,100℃条件下,通过异噻唑啉-3-酮与γ-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷反应,合成了反应性抗菌整理剂N-三乙氧基硅丙基异噻唑啉-3酮-,产率62.72%;应用1H-NMR、ESI和IR对合成产物的结构进行表征.应用该反应性抗菌剂对棉织物进行整理,并对整理后的织物进行抗菌性能测试.实验结果表明:使用20%(o.w.f)的整理液处理织物,织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为96.8%和94.63%,经过30次水洗后抑菌率仍可达到86.79%和85.73%,表明整理后棉织物具有较好的抗菌性能和耐洗性能;织物的白度基本不变,顶破强力却有所提高.

Abstract:In order to obtain reactive antibacterial finishing agent, N-triethoxyl-silylpropyl-isothiazo- lin-3-one was synthesized from isothiazolin-3-one and γ-chloropropyl-triethoxysilane under the temperature of 100℃ , with DMF as solvent in 62.72% yield. The synthesized product was characterized by 1H-NMR, ESI and IR and was used for the antibacterial finishing of cotton fabric. The resuits of antibacterial performance test showed that the antibacterial rate of the cotton fabrics treated with a 20% ( o. w. f ) finishing bath could attain to 96.8% and 94.63% for Escherichia coli and Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach, respectively. After 30 times washing cycles, it was 86.79% and 85.73%. The treated fabrics had excellent antibacterial performance and washing fastness. Furthermore, fabric's whiteness remained basically unchanged while the bursting strength was slightly improved.
