摘    要:根据EMB执行器的结构特点和力学特性,分别建立EMB执行器的电机模型、刚度模型、摩擦力模型和运动微分方程,并设计EMB执行器的控制器,最后将各个部分结合起来建立EMB执行器的数学模型并进行仿真分析。用软件编程实现设计好的控制器,并进行硬件在环实验,实验结果与仿真结果十分接近。

Abstract:The brushless DC motor model,stiffness model,friction model and motion equation of the electromechanical brake(EMB) actuator were established firstly based on characteristic of the structure and the mechanics of EMB actuator.Then the controller of EMB actuator was designed to control it accurately.Finally the above-mentioned models of each components were put together to build up EMB actuator model,and a simulation was carried out based on the model.The designed controllers was given by programming and a hardware in loop test was carried out.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.
