基于UG的叶片型面质量评估

摘    要:通过分析叶片型面测量及误差分析的现状,提出了新的叶片型面质量评估指标。充分利用测量数据得到更全面的叶片型面加工质量分析评估结果,利用基于UG的叶片型面质量评估系统能更为有效地提高叶片型面检测效率和分析质量,对提高叶片加工质量也具有较好的指导意义。

Abstract:The new blade surface quality evaluating indexes are put forward through the analysis of present situation of measurement on the surface tolerance of blade. The more general analyzing and evaluating result of the blade surface machining quality is got with the measuring data. The detecting efficency and analyzing quality can be improved more effectively by using the evaluating system of blade surface quality based on UG, and the system is more useful to improve the blade machining quality also.
